Policies

 

Your therapist and treatment room are specially reserved for you. 2 days before your appointment you will receive a confirmation text. Please confirm your appointment date, if it is left unconfirmed your appointment will be canceled.

 

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for rescheduling.

 

If you do not show up, your appointment will automatically be canceled within 15 minutes. If two or more no shows occur, then your appointment will no longer be accepted.  Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment time. The full-service charge will remain the same.

If you pre-paid for sessions but you did not show up for your appointment, this session is non-refundable since you didn't call/text to reschedule your appointment. 

 

Packages are offered at a promotional rate and therefore are Pre-paid and are Non-refundable.  They may be shared among family and friends after they pay the first visit fee. Packages expire within one year. 

 

Gift certificates only are used for services and products.  No cash refunds. They cannot be redeemed or replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates MUST be present at the time of service.
